Our partner: Coral Catch
Coral Catch is a registered NGO in Indonesia dedicated to addressing two critical challenges: the rapid decline of coral reefs and the gender gap in marine conservation. Their mission is to empower 100 local women to become leaders in protecting and restoring Indonesia's vital coral reefs.
Through their award-winning nine-week scholarship program, women gain the knowledge, tools, and experience needed to establish and monitor coral restoration projects. By building a strong network of female conservationists, they aim to secure the future of coral reefs, which are essential to ocean life and, ultimately, life on Earth.
Time is running out for our coral reefs, with scientists predicting that over 90% could disappear by 2050. Coral Catch is taking action—because saving the reefs means saving our planet.
