Arrival and orientation

Arrive at Limpopo Valley Airfield, private airstrip located within Mashatu Game Reserve, via a direct flight from Lanseria (Johannesburg) with Mashatu Connect, our privately managed logistics company.

You’ll be greeted by your guide and driven straight to Euphorbia Mashatu (enjoying a game drive along the way). A welcome drink and orientation from the Euphorbia team sets the tone for your stay.

Your private villa is fully solar-powered and features indoor and outdoor showers, a private plunge pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and panoramic views over untouched wilderness.

The region of Mashatu Game Reserve

Located in Botswana’s south-eastern corner, where the Limpopo and Shashe Rivers meet, Mashatu is part of the Northern Tuli Game Reserve.

This 42,000-hectare privately owned game reserve is one of the few unfenced wilderness areas - creating corridors for wildlife to roam freely - the animals found of Mashatu choose to call it home.

Mashatu Game Reserve features rich biodiversity, dramatic sandstone formations, and some of the best elephant and predator sightings in Southern Africa. It is a cornerstone of the Greater Mapungubwe Transfrontier Conservation Area, bordered by Zimbabwe and South Africa.
